Streamlined the booking process for various guest travel types by introducing customizable templates and automated workflows.
Context & Prolems
Companies often need to manage travel for individuals and groups outside their organization, such as candidates, new hires, or guests, who may not have access to the company's travel booking tools.
The existing guest invite process was manual and inefficient, lacking self-service functionality and flexibility. Coordinators had to repeatedly configure similar booking details, leading to potential errors and increased workload. The lack of a streamlined process hindered the platform's ability to cater to diverse guest travel needs.
Values
Addressing guest and specialized travel expands the platform's use cases and market reach. Automating manual processes improves efficiency, reduces workload for travel coordinators, and enhances the platform's attractiveness to corporate clients.


Outcomes & Influence
This project revolutionized our platform's approach to booking travel for guests and non-employee travelers. By introducing Specialty Desk Travel (SPD), we replaced the traditional booking process with a streamlined system using customizable templates and automated workflows. This improved efficiency, reduced manual effort, and improved user experience. SPD expanded the platform's capabilities to handle diverse travel scenarios, strengthening Spotnana's market position and attracting new customers.
